Do you offer customization: We do! We offer customization on most designs.

How long does it take to customize: 2-5 business days for customization.

Do you offer refunds: No refunds or exchanges on custom made items. If there is a production error, we would be happy to replace the item. If there is a problem with your order please reach out to us.

To request a return for an item due to production error, please contact us at hello@creatifzen.com. Returns will need to be shipped to 1300 S Watson Rd #114518, Buckeye AZ 85326. 

You will need to provide a photo of the item showing the damage or error before a return is approved.

Once your return is approved, we will email or mail you a return label. Once the item is received, a replacement will be initiated. 

Damages:  Please inspect your items upon receipt of goods. If there are damages or issues with your order, please notify us, so we may rectify the issue and make it right.

Refunds: Once your return has been reviewed and approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Time frame for refund posting, will depend on your bank processing timeframe.

Refund Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping fees when returning items.

Are the glasses safe for dishwasher: Due to the heat pressed designs it is highly recommended to wash by hand. 

Are the glasses safe for microwave: No. 

Glass cups are made from Borosilicate glass, one of the primary advantages of borosilicate glass is its ability to withstand extreme temperature changes.
